What is Logical digital solution?

Logical digital solution is a mentorship program designed for university students and aspiring individuals who are eager to begin a career in software development. The program aims to equip participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills, helping them progress to a junior developer level. Participation is completely free, and the program runs twice a year—once in the spring and once in the autumn.

What can you learn here?

1  During the program we are teaching the basic programming principles and the foundations of Git, Docker, JSON and HTTP. Besides, you will learn more technologies depending on the program you choose: frontend or backend.

2  On the frontend side you can get familiar with React, Typescript, Redux, Tailwind and CSS, while on the backend side you can have a better understading of Java, SpringBoot and Gradle.

3  Besides learning the latest technologies, you will also have a chance to observe what it is like to work in a company environment and how a day of a software developer looks like.

How does the program look like?

The Logical Digital Solution program is designed to offer hands-on experience over a period of 3-4 months, depending on your progress. You will work closely with a dedicated mentor, participating in a hybrid work model that includes both office and remote work. The program is part-time, requiring just 20 hours per week, allowing for flexibility. Throughout the selection process, we identify 2 backend and 2 frontend developers to join the program, ensuring personalized guidance and support for each participant.

Why should you apply?

Knowledge is a powerful asset, and this program offers the chance to explore technologies that are often not covered in university curricula. With a dedicated mentor by your side, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity on challenging concepts, and receive personalized guidance. Upon completing the program, there may also be an opportunity to receive a job offer from TIS.

Why should you apply?

To participate in the Logical Digital Solution program, you should have a basic understanding of software development, be available for 20 hours per week, have access to your own laptop or computer, possess a good command of English, and, most importantly, demonstrate a high level of dedication to successfully complete the program.

Why should you apply?

Since the program lasts 3-4 months, university students can complete their internship during the mentorship program, but only during the Spring season. If you are applying for the Spring mentor program and plan to do your internship simultaneously, please indicate this in your application.

What is the application process?

If you're interested in joining the Logical digital solution, please send your application to [email protected]. Be sure to indicate whether you're applying for the backend or frontend program.
As mentioned earlier, the mentorship program runs in both Spring and Autumn, so follow our social media channels for updates on the application periods.
Once your application is submitted, one of our HR representatives will contact you. You’ll then receive a short test to help us assess your current level of knowledge. If your test meets our minimum standards, you’ll be invited for a brief interview with HR and one of the mentors. After the discussions, we will select the participants for the program.
